The Saturday Summit is the ultimate weekly proving ground at Conquer Training Facility — a 45-minute high-intensity class designed to test and elevate your full-body strength, endurance, athleticism, and willpower. Every session is built around a dynamic, innovative circuit structure that pushes limits, fosters camaraderie, and finishes the week with a hard-earned victory.

Participants wear weight vests and rotate through powerful waves of strength, conditioning, functional athletic movements, and team-based challenges. Every class is different, blending equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, ski ergs, rowers, steel maces, TRX, and bodyweight training into a nonstop conquest of physical and mental barriers.

The Saturday Summit is not just a workout — it's a celebration of grit, growth, and conquering the toughest version of yourself. Every rep, every sprint, every lift is a summit reached. Together, we climb higher.

Monday

Start your week with purpose and power. Battle Ready Monday is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed to ignite your inner warrior and set the tone for the days ahead. Every session combines explosive strength training, core development, and high-energy metabolic conditioning to build resilience, sharpen mental focus, and prepare you to dominate the week. You’ll rotate through multiple training “waves,” each with its own unique timer, movement pattern, and focus, ensuring no two Mondays ever feel the same.

Glute Gauntlet

Forge strength, shape, and power from the ground up. The Glute Gauntlet is a high-intensity, weight-vested assault on your lower body and core, designed to sculpt powerful glutes, resilient legs, and a rock-solid midsection.
Each session strikes with a fresh onslaught of innovative strength, athletic, and conditioning waves — targeting your glutes from every angle while building functional power, stability, and endurance. Expect creative use of dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, barbells, sleds, ski machines, rows, TRX, and more.

Victory Forge

Victory Forge Friday is a high-intensity class designed to sculpt both body and mind, forging a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. Every Friday, we tackle a full-body workout that emphasizes power, core strength, and athleticism—challenging you to push beyond your limits. Wearing a weight vest, participants will engage in a series of dynamic exercises that will improve functional strength, mobility, and endurance. The class is crafted to enhance your explosive power, accelerate muscle growth, and refine your physical conditioning, preparing you for the challenges of the weekend. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast, Victory Forge Friday will help you conquer your weaker self and finish the week strong. Chris Carothers is a professional natural bodybuilder and the visionary behind Conquer Training Facility & TheCaroMethod Training System. With over 13 years of experience, he has guided hundreds of clients to achieve their fitness goals, including 20 individuals who each lost over 100 pounds.​

As a Master NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Transformation Specialist, Chris specializes in body transformations, athletic development, and 8-week weight loss programs. His personal journey began in 2010 when he helped a best friend lose 125 pounds, igniting his passion for fitness coaching.​

A lifelong athlete from New Jersey, Chris combines expertise, motivation, and a friendly approach to help clients surpass their physical and mental plateaus—all while enjoying the process.

With over 13 years of experience, Chris has led more than 500 group fitness classes and has helped numerous clients achieve significant health milestones, solidifying his reputation as a leading authority in the fitness industry.
